1. Send the date and venue

Call or use the form. You get a per-event number the same day. A deposit holds the date; the balance is due after the event.

2. Scripts whenever they are ready

Day before is ideal, an hour before is normal, mid-speech edits happen. Any format: Word, PDF, Google Doc, a text message from the speechwriter.

3. We load in early and run it

Set, tested and rehearsed before doors. The operator paces to the speaker, not the other way around, and stays through strike.

Venue needs: power at the podium and at the operator desk, ideally within about 50 feet of the stage. We bring everything else, including SDI/HDMI feeds to the house AV if the venue wants to mirror the prompter.
