$1,200–$1,500

Operator + Prompter

Up to 10 hours on site. Covers rehearsal through strike for galas, conferences and multi-speaker programs.

Best for: galas, conferences, town halls, political events

Full Day + Full Equipment

$1,500–$2,000

Operator + Complete Package

Everything above plus the full equipment package: presidential glass for the podium, on-camera rig, backup laptop, and our own script software for live edits.

Two-prompter and multi-day jobs are quoted separately. Outside 40 miles of Tampa, mileage is billed at the IRS rate, one round trip. A 50% deposit holds your date.

How much does teleprompter rental cost in Tampa?

Operator plus prompter runs $600–$800 for a half day and $1,200–$1,500 for a full day. A full day with the complete equipment package is $1,500–$2,000. No travel charge within 40 miles of Tampa.

Can I rent the teleprompter without an operator?

We rent with an operator. Live events and shoots go wrong at the prompter more than anywhere else, and the operator is what keeps the speaker on pace when the script changes at the last minute.

How far in advance should I book?

A week is comfortable. Same-week and next-day bookings happen often in Tampa; call and we'll tell you right away if the date is open. A 50% deposit holds it.

What do you need from the venue?

Power at the podium or camera position and power at the operator desk, ideally within about 50 feet of the stage. Scripts the day before are ideal, but we format on site routinely.

Do you cover St. Pete, Clearwater and Sarasota?

Yes. All of Pinellas and most of Pasco, Polk and Manatee fall inside the 40-mile no-travel-fee radius. Sarasota is a short mileage add. See Tampa Bay services and Sarasota.
